Szpital

W 1754 r. radca komercyjny Otto założył ogród przy ul. Arkońskiej 4. W 1756 r. postawiono dworek Johannistahl. W XIX w. dwór został przebudowany na restauracje. W 1935 r. dawny dwór został rozebrany, a na jego miejscu stanął duży dom starców, według projektu H. Reichowa. W 1945 r. w opuszczonych budynkach domu starców utworzono Szpital Miejski.
